TOU ~ Lineart

- You must have a website to purchase any Lineart pack.
- No graphic groups or graphic swapping, no exceptions … sorry!
- Do not claim my outlines as your own.
- Do not alter my outlines in any way, no recoloring, erasing pixels and such! In case you need other poses or such stuff please feel free to ask me about it, I will be glad to help you.
- You may not offer for free neither sell my lineart at your site or other places like ebay, no exceptions … sorry!
- In case you’ve purchased an AS IS-Licenses you may offer my lineart packs inside your protected member area.
- Do not pass my outlines through any groups, do not share them with friends, do not pass them through any other groups or forum.
- You may use my outlines for creating sigtags, IM-letters, premades, adoptions, websets, WP-themes or premades for free or for profit, but they must be colored and filled with colors before.
- Tubing is definetely not allowed until you’ve purchased a tubing licence, so if you plan to create tubes with my outlines and offer them inside your member area or in your shop feel free to order the license.
- The tube license will be a lifetime tube license until otherwise stated and is available for 6 mos, 12 mos and lifetime memberships and counts for all lineart I offer inside the member area.
- Writing tutorials using my lineart is not allowed! If you plan to offer tutorials using my lineart please purchase a tutorial license before. The tutorial license is valid for lifetime.
- In case you’ve purchased a lineart pack you must set up the lineart certificate that will come with the collection linked back to my site on the same page as your created graphics. If you’ve purchased a tube licence a credits page is okay for me but a link to LPP must be placed on the same site either.
- I will pop in to your site often to be sure my rules are being followed. If they aren’t I will ask you to remove my graphics from your site and no refund will be given.
